Better that your average SB because of the staff. I spent a week in Taylor and hit this place every am. Got the Americano triple tall and read the NYT. Watched a lot of interactions with their regulars - I was impressed. Knew a lot of regulars, and they knew the staff. That is unusual even in non-corporate places.
Other than that, its a starbucks Frozen reheated food, ok coffee, free wifi. Clean, and its open at 6am -

I just waited 35 minutes in the drive through for an entirely melted Frappuccino. The staff was smiling and friendly, which was great, but they need to seriously look at how they're handling customer service. You have to be able to realize when you need to apologize, re-make things (if it's completely melted, half empty, etc. it should be obvious, and never leave the window), etc. This store used to be so much more pleasant.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Drive thru is always a joke! Waited 45 minutes!

I get a Strawberry Açaí with lemonade, little to no ice and none of the scooped strawberries. I work at the starbucks on Allen, but I typically come to this one Bc it's a little closer. So I know a strawberry açaí with my alterations is literally 2 ingredients. Strawberry açaí base and their lemonade. I don't understand how they manage to mess it up every single time. It's either way too much lemonade that it's undrinkable and sour or extremely watered down? I don't understand how they mess up a 2 step process. And that's my ted talk. Very annoyed, will start going the extra miles to get a decent drink :)

This Starbucks is full with lazy employees with the worst attitudes. I waited almost 30 minutes for ONE coffee. After that I just told them to forget about my order since every time I asked they would ignore me. Well there go $6 in the garbage. They really need to get better customer service training or start replacing people with the amount of 1 star reviews there is.
